How does contacting and member to member interaction work on IndianDating.com? This page is here for you to
explain how it works and what type of account you need.
Custom contact/reply to any member: Deluxe account only
Custom Contact Messages to both Free standard account and Deluxe account members
can be sent by clicking on the "Contact Now" button when viewing another
member's profile on the website or when responding to a profile introductions in the Contact Manager. When you click on the "Contact Now" button you will be taken to
the Contact Form where you can put in a custom message and upload an optional picture of yourself which
will be sent directly to their email address on record as well as a copy stored online in their Contact Manager.
The person you contact can reply to you via your reply-to email address included in the sent message or via the
Contact Acknowledgement System in their Contact Manager.
Introduce yourself to initiate contact: Standard Free account
When logged in and viewing someone else's profile on the site, simply click on the "Introduce yourself" links or orange "Forward my Profile" buttons to initiate an introduction
and send a link back to your profile to the member you are viewing.
When they receive the email link, they can click on it to view
your profile on the site. They can respond to your introduction by choosing an acknowlegement message in their Contact Manager. Deluxe
members can send a custom contact message response.
Reply to Custom Contact Messages: Standard Free account
When you received a custom Contact Message from another member on the site you can reply via their reply-to email
address included in the message OR via the Contact Acknowledgement System which is accessible by logging into the
site and using your Contact Manager. The Contact Acknowledgement System
allows you to send non-custom pre-defined replies of various nature to at least let the contacter know that you have
received their message.
